What is MTT for HVACTIME?

MTT is a core value of what I stand for and why HVACTIME exists. 

This means Make The Time. 

I haven't talked about this much but I have almost quit a couple times over the years. It's been 6 years now going on 7.

I'm not going to moan as I love what I do but it's very taxing as we all deal with in our own way. 

It's been a couple years since I last contemplated my life but I've had to take 2 major breaks from social media. 

The first time was when MTT was born for me. It started with the birth of my first. HVACTIME had consumed most of my life and my family severely suffered for it. This led to a 6 month break from all social media to tend to my family. 

This walk is a true calling for me so staying away was temporary even though I questioned it. When I decided it was time to return I was doing some yard work pondering as I do with my daughter. Then MTT hit me as a summary of what I wanted to see improved in my life. 

This industry takes a lot from us. We are a part of the critical infrastructure to keep our nations functioning and there is not enough of us to support the needs. 

Even with that said it is essential for us to make the time for our families. They are having to make a major sacrifice with our industry too. It's easy to get caught up in the need to provide and succeed. I am a perfect case study of this. 

There will always be seasons of sacrifice. This is the nature of what we do. Let's not forget to make seasons for our family too.
